Can I return my item?

Yes you may, providing you adhere to the Wood Velvet return policy

Do you offer warranty for your products?

Yes, all products have a minimum 1 year warranty and made to order sofas have a minimum 10 year guarantee on the frame. 

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

Contact us via email within 3 days of receiving and we can talk you through the returns process. 

My Order
Can I change or cancel my order?

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item.

Delivery & Assembly

Where do you deliver to?

UK mainland, N. Ireland and Scottish Highlands (surcharges and delayed times apply)

Do your products come assembled?

Most items will be unassembled, the website should identify if it's partially assembled or further. Most items will have assembly instructions either included in the package or downloadable from our website. If for some reason you don't have these options, please contact us and we can arrange for instructions to be provided.

Made to order sofas will be fully or partially assembled depending on your homes doorway access etc. Please always check access and cross reference with product dimensions before placing your order. 

How long will it take my item to arrive?

Most in stock items will arrive within 5-7 business days or sooner depending on time of year.

Do you have a showroom?

Currently we are online based, partnered with various trusted suppliers and manufacturers, some which do have a facility to showcase their products. Please feel free to call us to discuss the product you are interested in, if a physical viewing is possible we would be pleased to arrange an appointment with the manufacturer for you. 

Do you offer Free Shipping?

On items that are of value £500 or greater. 

How much is delivery?

Generally shipping will cost £20-50 GBP depending on size and/or number of boxes.
